Terms of Service

Welcome to Outfitted. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outfitted mobile application and related services operated by Outfitted AI LLC ("Outfitted," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Outfitted App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration & SMS Authentication

To use Outfitted, you must register an account using your phone number. We will send a one-time verification code (OTP) via SMS to authenticate your identity. By providing your phone number, you:

• Consent to receive a single SMS per login attempt from Outfitted AI LLC
• Confirm the phone number belongs to you
• Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply
• Understand you can opt out by replying STOP to any message

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the Outfitted App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the App's data
• List counterfeit or stolen items in the marketplace

4. AI-Generated Content

Outfitted uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, product recommendations, and styling advice. These suggestions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Outfitted does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

5. Marketplace & Transactions

Outfitted provides a peer-to-peer marketplace for users to list and sell clothing items. By listing an item:

• You represent that you own the item and have the right to sell it
• You agree to Outfitted's commission of 10–15% on completed sales
• You understand Outfitted is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed between parties

6. Affiliate Commerce

Outfitted may earn affiliate commissions when you click on retailer links within the App. This does not affect the price you pay for any products.

7. User Content

By uploading photos or content to Outfitted, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App. You retain ownership of your content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Outfitted App — including but not limited to the design, AI models, and branding — are owned by Outfitted AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Outfitted App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outfitted AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at Outfittedai@outlook.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
